ORDER:-
In the reference 2nd read above, Government have requested the Director of School Education, to furnish the proposals for Inter District Transfer of Teachers and Head Masters on Spouse and Mutual grounds in accordance with 5(2)(c) and 5(2)(d) of Presidential Orders.
2. Accordingly, in the reference 3rd read above, the Director of School Education, has submitted proposals for effecting Inter District Transfer of Teachers, Head Masters and Mandal Educational Officers on Spouse and Mutual grounds in accordance with the Circular Memos 1st read above.
3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to effect the Inter District Transfer of (382) Teachers, Head Masters and Mandal Educational Officers, including (134) on spouse grounds under 5(2)(c) and (248) on mutual grounds under 5(2)(d) of Presidential Orders, at Annexure-I and Annexure-II, respectively appended to this G.O, subject to assign last rank next to the last regular candidates in the new units of appointment and forego seniority as well as lien in the existing units and also subject to post them on need basis in Category-(3) and Category-(4) schools. 4. The teachers who are transferred on both mutual grounds and Spouse basis will be posted in Category-(3) and Category-(4) schools on need basis, upon reporting before the Competent Authority i.e., the District Educational Officers/RJDSE concerned, for further posting.
5. The District Educational Officers and the RJDSE concerned are therefore, directed to post the teachers and Head Masters who are transferred on mutual and spouse grounds on need basis in Category(3) and Category-(4) schools.
6. The individuals effected in the Inter District Transfers are not entitled for any TA, DA etc., as the transfers are ordered on their request basis.
7. The Director of School Education, shall take further necessary action accordingly, in the matter.
