ORDER: 

In the reference 1st read above, the G.A(SW) Department have communicated the Minutes of the Meeting held by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, at Chief Minister's Camp Office, Amaravati at 5.30 pm on 18.10.2025 with the Group of Ministers, Secretaries to Government & representatives of Service Associations on employees issues. The Hon’ble Chief Minister ordered to constitute an Official Committee to look into the issues relating to the Employees Health Cards and directed to submit the report to the Government within eight (8) weeks. 

2. In the circumstances reported by the CEO, Dr.NTR Vaidya Seva Trust in the reference 2nd read above, Government, after careful examination of the matter, constitute an Official Committee under chairmanship of Chief Secretary to Government with the following seven (7) members to look into the issues relating to the Employees Health Cards as follows: 

3. The above Committee shall submit its report to Government within eight (8) weeks. 

4. The CEO, Dr.NTR Vaidya Seva Trust shall take necessary action in the matter.
