The attention of all the Additional Project Coordinators in the State is invited to the fact that the Government of Andhra Pradesh has initiated the development of a "BADI KOSAM Donors Portal" for all Government-run schools and Junior Colleges across the State with the objective of strengthening school infrastructure, which plays a foundational role in ensuring quality education and fostering the holistic development of students.

Accordingly, a total of 116 components have been identified for the development of infrastructure in all Government Schools and Colleges across the State.

In response to this initiative, the concerned Headmasters of Schools and Principals of Colleges have uploaded the infrastructure requirements in the LEAP Application.

In this context, the Commissioner of School Infrastructure has decided to conduct a review meeting with all the Additional Project Coordinators to examine and verify the data uploaded in the LEAP Application by the Headmasters of the respective districts.

The meeting will focus on assessing the accuracy and completeness of the information furnished and identifying any discrepancies or gaps in the submitted data.

Further, a review will also be conducted on the following:

• Utilization of unspent amounts available in the Parents Committee Accounts
• Status of changes in account numbers updated in the STMS Portal
• Other related issues concerning infrastructure development

Therefore, all the Additional Project Coordinators in the State are requested to attend the meeting on:

They should be accompanied by individuals who are well-versed in the subject to facilitate a comprehensive review and ensure effective monitoring of the implementation of works.

Relevant information should be kept ready for review and discussion during the meeting.

Top priority should be accorded to this item of work and no exemptions shall be entertained under any circumstances.

All concerned are requested to ensure strict compliance as the Government is going to launch the Donors Portal in the public domain.
