🕘 Common meeting time
09:00 AM to 04:00 PM — as prescribed in the proceedings

Purpose of the meetings: Continuous academic support through review of academic progress and learning outcomes, identification of learning gaps, discussion of difficult concepts, collaborative lesson planning, demonstration lessons, teacher and student attendance review, tracking out-of-school children, peer-group learning and school-wise academic action plans.

Important instructions to Cluster Complex Headmasters

1. Ensure 100% attendance and active participation of all concerned teachers.
2. Arrange seating, drinking water, sanitation, digital infrastructure and internet connectivity.
3. Identify resource persons/facilitators in advance and inform them about the agenda and session requirements.
4. Make relevant academic content and resource material available to resource persons in advance.
5. Conduct sessions according to the approved agenda and timetable.
6. Mark attendance using the prescribed mechanism/facial recognition system, wherever applicable.
7. Ensure every teacher submits the prescribed feedback form before dispersal.
8. Maintain records and submit monitoring/feedback information to the concerned authorities.
9. Facilitate monitoring by DIET Principals, MEOs, DEOs, APCs and other designated officials.
10. Ensure discussions result in school-level academic action plans.

Restrictions during Complex Trainings

• No felicitation activities for transfers or promotions; no shawls or garlands.
• No personal parties, birthday parties, visits or sightseeing programmes.
• Leave is not to be availed except for medical emergencies.
• No service-matter or personal discussions and no union-meeting discussions.

Monitoring is to be carried out by the concerned DEO, Deputy EO, APC, DIET Principal and Faculty, District Samagra Shiksha Sectoral Officers, MEOs and other designated officials, as applicable. The monitoring proforma is to be completed after observing the meeting.
