Real-time Mid-Day Meal Monitoring – IMMS App


The IMMS (Integrated Mid-Day Meal Monitoring System) App introduced by the School Education Department of Andhra Pradesh enables real-time monitoring of the Mid-Day Meal (PM POSHAN / Jagananna Gorumudda) program in government schools.

Through this system, teachers and school authorities can submit daily meal data using the mobile app. The information is instantly updated in the central server so that district and state officials can monitor meal distribution across schools.

Sub: School Infrastructure – Mana Badi Mana Bhavishyathu Programme – Review meeting with all the Additional Project Coordinators to examine and verify the data uploaded in the STMS Portal to be held on 10-03-2026 – Regarding.

The attention of all the Additional Project Coordinators in the State is invited to the fact that the Government of Andhra Pradesh has initiated the development of a "BADI KOSAM Donors Portal" for all Government-run schools and Junior Colleges across the State with the objective of strengthening school infrastructure, which plays a foundational role in ensuring quality education and fostering the holistic development of students.

Accordingly, a total of 116 components have been identified for the development of infrastructure in all Government Schools and Colleges across the State.

In response to this initiative, the concerned Headmasters of Schools and Principals of Colleges have uploaded the infrastructure requirements in the LEAP Application.

In this context, the Commissioner of School Infrastructure has decided to conduct a review meeting with all the Additional Project Coordinators to examine and verify the data uploaded in the LEAP Application by the Headmasters of the respective districts.

The meeting will focus on assessing the accuracy and completeness of the information furnished and identifying any discrepancies or gaps in the submitted data.

Further, a review will also be conducted on the following:

  • Utilization of unspent amounts available in the Parents Committee Accounts
  • Status of changes in account numbers updated in the STMS Portal
  • Other related issues concerning infrastructure development

Therefore, all the Additional Project Coordinators in the State are requested to attend the meeting on:

Public Services – Government Employees – Implementation of 11% PRC – Revised Pay Scales 2022 – House Rent Allowance (HRA) – Addendum – Orders – Issued.

Reference

  1. G.O.Ms.No.27, Finance (PC-TA) Department, Dated: 20.02.2022.
  2. Representation from Dr. V. Chiranjeevi Rao, Hon’ble MLC of Srikakulam – Vizianagaram – Visakhapatnam Graduates Constituency.

ORDER

In the reference 1st read above, the Government have revised the rates of House Rent Allowance (HRA), by classifying the cities and towns based on population.

In addition to the above orders, Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to include the Narsipatnam Municipality under the classification of HRA @ 12% of Basic Pay, subject to a maximum ceiling of ₹13,000/-, as mentioned in the reference 1st read above.

The decision has been taken considering that the area has a population of 61,540 as per the Gazette Notification.


Conclusion

All concerned authorities shall take necessary action accordingly for implementation of the revised HRA classification.
