Sub: PAO, Mangalagiri – Submission of Salary bills for the month of March 2026 payable on or after 1st April 2026 should be generated with the Bill ID: 2026 only – Intimation – Reg.

Ref: Mail received from APCFSS on 04.03.2026.

The personal attention of the CCOs of Secretariat Departments and Heads of the Departments, AP, Amaravati is invited to the subject and reference cited, they are informed that the Regular salaries and similar type of claims viz., Wages, GIA-salaries, Work charged Establishment salaries, Professional services, other professional services, Outsourcing salaries, Other Contractual services, GIA- Contract services, GIA- Outsourcing services etc. for the month of March 2026 payable on or after 1st April 2026 should be generated with CFMS Bill ID which starts with the year 2026 only. The bills generated with the year 2025 will not be admitted in audit.

Hence, all the CCOs of Secretariat Departments and Heads of the Departments are requested to issue the instructions to the DDOs concerned to avoid delay in admitting the salary claims.
