📌 Cluster Complex Meeting – Important Instructions
School Cluster Complex Meetings shall be conducted as full-day programmes on the 3rd and 4th Saturdays of every month as a regular Continuous Professional Development (CPD) mechanism.
As per NEP 2020, every teacher is expected to participate in at least 50 hours of CPD annually.

Time: 09:00 AM – 04:00 PM
Participants: 50% SGTs + All SAs of Non-Language Subjects
👨🏫 Cluster Complex Meetings for SGTs
- Mandal shall not be clubbed for SGT Cluster Complex Meetings.
- Grouping shall be confined within each Mandal.
- Geographically proximate clusters shall be paired.
- The meeting venue shall be different on the 3rd and 4th Saturdays.
- Approximately 50% of SGTs shall attend on the 3rd Saturday and the remaining 50% on the 4th Saturday.
- No school should be left without a teacher on either Saturday.
- Minimum meeting strength: 25 SGTs.
- Maximum meeting strength: 45 SGTs.
🏫 Single-Teacher Schools
CMRTs, Cluster Teachers, Art/Work/PET Part-Time Instructors, School Assistants (Special Education), Surplus Teachers or Academic Instructors may be mapped to the concerned single-teacher school when the regular SGT attends the Cluster Complex Meeting.
👩🏫 Cluster Complex Meetings for School Assistants
- Normally, at least two proximate Mandals shall be clubbed.
- Exceptions may be considered for difficult terrain, agency areas or distances exceeding 50 km.
- More than two Mandals may be clubbed where subject strength is low.
- Minimum strength: 20 SAs per subject.
- Maximum strength: 50 SAs per subject.

📌 Responsibilities of Cluster Complex Headmasters
- Ensure 100% attendance and engagement of teachers.
- Ensure availability of digital infrastructure.
- Ensure smooth conduct of sessions.
- Designate and inform Resource Persons about the agenda.
- Ensure feedback forms are submitted before dispersal.
- Communicate the minute-to-minute programme in advance.
- Submit the monitoring format.
- Ensure teachers bring relevant textbooks.
- Ensure Government, Aided, KGBV and Residential School teachers attend.
- Ensure proper functioning of IFPs and internet connectivity.
- Ensure all SCERT PPTs and links are utilised.
- Ensure seating, accommodation, water and sanitation facilities.
- Ensure facial-recognition attendance for all teachers.
⚠️ Important Instructions
- No school shall be closed on Cluster Complex Meeting days.
- No-Bag Day activities shall continue as scheduled.
- Participants must reach the venue by 08:45 AM sharp.
- 100% attendance shall be ensured.
- All teachers must submit the feedback form.
🚫 Don'ts in Complex Trainings
- No felicitation events or ceremonial gatherings.
- No birthday parties, social visits or sightseeing programmes.
- Leave requests should only be made for genuine medical emergencies.
- No discussions relating to service matters or personal topics.
- Training shall remain strictly focused on academic activities.
